1.   The location will be accessible on October 12 beginning at 7:30 AM for setup.   All booths will be completely setup and ready by 9:30 AM.   

2. Vendor booth size will be 10 x 10 feet.  Vendors must provide tables, chairs and tent for outside booths.

3. Electricity to Vendor booth(s) is NOT available. 

4. Vendor’s staff shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. 

5. Vendor shall have access to the location from 2-4 PM following the show to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by the  vendor. Vendor shall leave the location clean of trash and in the  condition it was upon arrival. 

6.  Vendors hereby agree to not hold Southside Christian School or Faith  Community Church against any damages or claims that may arise in  connection with Vendor’s presence at the craft show and Vendor’s activities of any kind. 

7. All registrations final. No refunds.
